When verification is requested, you will receive a pop-up notification, and the “Verification” item will appear in the menu.
Please Note:
- To verify a payment method, you must first verify your identity. For details, refer to the "What are the steps to verify my identity?" article.
- You must be the cardholder; third-party cards cannot be used for verification.
- If you have an unnamed card, you must provide a bank statement that includes a stamp, issue date, and your name. This document should not be older than three months.
Once your identity is verified, you can proceed with verifying your bank cards. Follow these steps:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Select the “Verify” button or choose “Verification” from the menu.
- You will be redirected to the “Verification” page, which lists all unverified payment methods. Choose the payment method you wish to start with and click “Verify.”
- Upload a photo of the front side of your bank card, ensuring that the cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date are visible. Acceptable photo formats are jpg, png, and pdf. Click “Next.”
- After submitting the photo, click “OK” to return to the “Verification” page.
- The verification status of your bank card will change to “Pending.” Verification may take up to 10 minutes. You need to verify all payment methods on the list to complete the process.
- Once verification is complete, you will receive a notification, and your status will change to “Verified.” You will then be able to withdraw funds again.
