If your account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, a monthly service charge will be applied. The fee is a fixed $30/€30 (or the equivalent in your account currency) and is billed once every month for maintaining inactive accounts.
The fee stops as soon as you resume trading activity. The following actions count as trading activity and will prevent or cancel the fee:
- Trading on a real account.
- Making a deposit.
- Withdrawing funds.
- Activating bonuses or gifts.
- Paying to register for a tournament.
- Crediting a tournament account (re-buys).
Please, note that if your account balance is smaller than the monthly fee, the balance will be reduced to zero. Real account balances cannot go negative.
