After you've completed the registration process, an email confirmation should be sent to you. If you can't find it in your inbox, it's worth checking your "Promotions" and "Spam" folders. We also recommend to check the accuracy of the email address you provided during registration.
If the email is nowhere to be found, please follow these instructions:
For users of the web version:
1. Click on your profile picture and then click the “Confirm email” button.
2. Check if your email is correct in a pop-up window and click “Send again”.
3. Check your email. The confirmation letter is waiting for you there.
For users of the Android app:
1. Go to the menu and tap “Settings”.
2. Tap on your profile name.
3. Tap “Confirm email”.
4. Check your email. The confirmation letter is waiting for you there.
IOS app users can use the mobile version of the platform to resend the confirmation email.
