To transfer funds to your bank account, follow these steps:
1. Open the withdrawal area in Cashier.
- Web: click your profile photo (top-right), select Cashier, then open the Withdraw funds tab.
- Mobile app: open the left-side menu, go to Balance and tap Withdraw.
Then click the “Withdraw funds” tab.
2. Type the amount to withdraw and pick IMPS Bank transfer as the method. Complete the remaining fields (refer to your bank agreement for required details) and press Request withdrawal.
3. Your withdrawal request is submitted — you may continue trading while we process it.
4. Check the withdrawal status in Cashier under Transaction history (Balance → Transaction history on mobile).
Note: Payments typically arrive within 1–3 business days. In rare situations (bank policies, national holidays, etc.) it can take up to 7 business days.
