1. In the traderoom, click the “Deposit” button (top right). Choose your country and M-Pesa as the payment method.
2. Enter the deposit amount, fill any additional information if needed, then click “Deposit”.
3. In the window that opens, check if your email address is correct. Enter your phone number in one of these formats: +2547xx-xxx-xxx or 07xx-xxx-xxx.
4. Click the “Pay” button.
5. Keep your smartphone nearby — you’ll receive an M-Pesa push notification to authorize the payment.
6. Open the notification and confirm the payment by entering your M-Pesa PIN.
7. After confirmation you’ll be redirected back to Stockity.
8. To verify the deposit, open “Deposit” (top right) and check the “Transaction history” tab for the transaction status.
If you don’t receive the push, check your phone network, open the M-Pesa app manually, or contact support for assistance.
