Troubleshooting and refunds
- Please ensure you deposit with the cryptocurrency specified on the invoice. Otherwise, it will not be possible to request a refund.
- If you send an incomplete amount, you can send the rest to the invoice address before it expires (within 15 minutes). Do not send funds if more than 15 minutes have passed and the invoice has expired.
- If you have problems with your deposit or need a refund, contact us at support@stockity.id or via live chat.
- Please note that some wallets such as Zebpay, CoinDCX, and Coinswitch are less convenient for crypto deposits.
Important: Payment providers charge a fee for refunds. A refund can only be processed if the deposited amount is greater than the amount to be refunded.
