Deposit Insurance is a free option for Stockity VIP clients. This feature allows you to get compensation for unsuccessful trades from the insured deposit.
Short instruction:
Contact our Support specialists from chat or email and notify them that you want to insure your deposit. It is better to do this step before you make a deposit, but if you already did — make sure you haven’t used it for trading activity before the Support specialist confirms that your deposit is safely insured. You can start trading once your insurance is confirmed.
Step-by-step guide:
- Notify our Support specialist via live chat or email at support@stockity.id and let them know you want to insure your next deposit.
- Please wait for the confirmation once you have requested insurance.
Note. The deposit can only be insured if you haven’t used it for trading. So, if you want to insure a deposit that has been already made — do not open any trades before the Support or manager confirms that it is insured.
- Once you have the confirmation, make a deposit of $200 or more without any coupon or bonuses (except risk-free trades).
- Trade as you normally do. You can withdraw your funds if you have successful trades, but the insurance will close automatically.
- If the trades are unsuccessful and your balance already zero — contact us and request for compensation.
- Depending on the fund that is insured, you can choose the form of compensation: bonus or real funds. You would also get the 10% of your insured investments in risk-free trades.
Important highlights:
- Before making any trading activities, make sure to let our Support specialist or your personal manager know that you want to insure your deposit.
- You can only activate insurance if you don’t use any coupons or bonuses along with your deposit (except risk-free trades).
- If you withdraw your insured deposit before receiving the compensation, the insurance automatically closes.
