If you wish to create a new account or take a pause from trading, we advise you to block your existing account. You can block your account in the web version of the platform only.
Here are the steps:
1. Click on your profile picture, then select the "Profile" section.
2. Scroll to the end of the page, and press "Block account".
3. Input your password and click "Block account" again.
Please be aware, if you do not intend to reactivate your account for more than 30 days, it's recommended to withdraw all money from your real account. This is to avoid the deduction of the subscription fee.
When you decide to come back, you can unblock your account by reaching out to us at support@stockity.id. Remember to send the unblocking request from the same email address registered with your account.
